Meet our leaders
Chris Kestell
SR VP, Containment
Chris got his start in the oil and gas industry working for Cascade Energy Services in 2010 and then transitioned to Mullen Group two years later. In 2013 he joined Fraction Energy Services and worked his way up through management. He has been instrumental in leading the development of Clipper Containment and is responsible for the day-to-day operations. Chris is a graduate of the State University of New York with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Mathematics.
Steve Boorman
Containment Manager
Steve started in water management in 2013 with a containment start-up, Hydrera Energy Services. He joined the GES team in 2023 via acquisition and leads operations. He brings extensive experience in operations management, with a strong focus on efficiency, innovation, and teamwork. Steve took his Bachelor of Commerce degree in Edmonton at the University of Alberta School of Business.
